I'm wheat free (food allergy - IgE sensitivity) and virtually gluten free as other grains seem to be contaminated with wheat either in the field or in the factory's that handle them.
I'm currently suffering but unable to pin down the cause. Has anyone had problems with either fresh yeast or mashed potato flour i.e. turned out to be contaminated with wheat or gluten?
Thanks

Gluten has been known to not be completely eliminated from many foods. I had problems with the organic, gluten free oats I was buying. I no longer eat oats but now I'm skeptical of many other companies claims.
