This is a very difficult time of the year to keep to a gluten-free diet. I work in a school and everyone is bringing in
cookies, cakes, candy and treats. Yesterday I bought a box of gluten-free crackers to keep in my office but I have to admit when I am around all the treats it is difficult to think about
those crackers. Right now there is a large tray of cheeses, with hot pepper jelly and assorted crackers sitting about
20 feet from me.
So I was wondering what do y'all do when faced with treats you can't eat? At staff meetings I sit with a bowl of fresh orange slices and secretly want all those dips, cookies and treats.
