We are having some company for a games night. One is diabetic and I am on a gluten free, dairy free, fresh veggies and fruit free, no spices, no tomatoes.
How do you prepare when you are having friends over and there are food issues. Basically I am looking for some ideas of foods you serve. I want some munchies and something substantial to tide us over the dinner hour. Any suggestions? Up until now I made many different dishes to accomodate everyone but I spend lots of time cooking. Just looking for some new ideas.
