Gluten Free Commercial Beers/Alcohol

Does anyone know where you can go publicly (supermarkets/gas stations/restaurants) that serve gluten free beers/alcoholic drinks? Or even low-gluten beers?

Shiner Bock is gluten free. Vodka made from potatoes should be gluten free. Wine should be gluten free. You can search on google and find beers that are labeled gluten free and where to buy them.

All the information I could find says that Shiner Bock is wheat free. It still contains barley so is definitely not gluten free.

Yeah, i wouldn't just assume ANY alcoholic beverage to be gluten free unless specifically labelled as such. If you're in the US, try a health food store, like "Whole Foods" or check out "Bard's Beer" they have a website with a locator feature that will show you not only the grocery stores it is at, but also restaurants. I found it took a while to get used to, but I am rather happy with it now.

I enjoy Redbridge beer; made by Anheuser-Busch. Gluten free, and rather tasty. Made from fermented sorghum grass. Almost indistinguishable from "regular" beer. Just do a quick search for it and it will pop right up. I am able to find it at any major grocery retailer in my neck of the woods. (Michigan, USA)

New Grist has been the best GF beer I've found and Bards is pretty good too.
