My sister introduced me to this recipe thats great post-workouts.
1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
4 Egg Whites
Cinnamon + Nutmeg
(Optional)
1 Banana
(blueberries/strawberry/etc (stir in, dont blend).
Blend! Pour in pan and cook!
