SCD Learning to Bake with Almond Flour

hi,

I baked all my kids meals in Australia, but haven't had much success since moving to America.

But, I want to learn how to bake with Almond Meal/Flour and NEED HELP!!!

Things just don't cook the same in America.

Anyway I am trying to find somewhere to learn how to bake pies and muffins in South Florida..

Any suggestions??

My hungry son thanks you in advance...

Sorry there has been no reply to your post. I am in Canada so I'm not sure if humidity levels etc make any difference to baking but I have had lots of success with GF baking although I've never tried almond flour. My sister-in-law however ground raw almonds herself and made some amazing cookies. If you would like, I can give you the recipe. That will get you started.
