Gastro Duodenoscopy Report

I have had severe pain in my abdomen. I got Gastro Duodenoscopy done the report reads:

Indication : Pain in abdomen
Findings: Cricopharynx is normal
Esophagus shows normal mucosa
GE junction is at 40 CM, lax LES seen and prolapse
gastropathy seen
Fundus, body and antrum of stomach shows erythema
Biopsy is taken from antrum of the stomach for rapid urease test
Duodenal bulb is normal
DII is normal

Conclusions:
Lax LES
Prolapse Gastropathy
Pangastritis
Rapid urease test positive

Please help me understand the report.

The Rapid Urease test checks for the presence of H. Pylori. Your test is positive. I'd suggest getting treatment for H. Pylori and see if that helps your pain.

H. Pylori can cause the gastritis and the weak LES.
