Usually, during an endoscopy, the GI takes more than 4 tissue samples as the small intestine is vast making it easy to miss damaged villi patches.
Hopefully they can rule other issues like SIBO, H. PYlori, etc.

That's the next step! My biopsy for celiac came back negative during colonoscopy as he was able to reach the bottom of the small intestines I have blood work for it as well on Tuesday and a repeat endoscppy in two months
