Celiac - Lyme question

I am new to the forum and don’t want to bring up a topic that has been beat to death but have a specific question.

I have currently been dealing with symptoms for about a year and a half, and finally realized if I don’t eat gluten for a week my bathroom issues settle down-
I also have had twitching , numbness buzzing, weight loss, etc...
I have focused on lymes and just tested igenex possitive.

From reading post it seems like there is a Lyme, celiac connection?

I was just wondering if anyone had the 2 pop up at the same time and if so:
What Lyme strands were you positive for-

I have been 41 and 45 positive for a year. Trying to see if a certain strand is related. Meaning maybe the gluten sensitivity is making the strands positive and not Lyme?

Sorry, I know this is not the most interesting post- just trying to find some answers.

Hi, The Dr. Told me to stop eating Gluten and never gave me the blood test. Its been 4 months and I feel better not on gluten and get sick/ bathroom if I eat a bagel.

Went to a gastro Dr last week- I am having a blood test on friday and he said I could eat gluten for a couple days before but not sure if that's enough to make the blood test accurate.

As the lymes test- I had a LLMD tell me I was positive but I am not sure if there was anything else besides the 41 and 45 that made her think positive. The report from the lab said positive.

I had bathroom issues for two years and they are better but not great at this point-

I'll let you know what the blood work reveals... I also have the llmd tomorrow so I'll see what specifics made her suspect lyme positive.

I've had Drs for over a year tell me it's anxiety and all in my head so maybe they are right.
The neurologist told me twitching can be from malnutrition from Celiac or Lyme and that I don't have anything Neuro related issues so I am getting bounced back and fourth between Drs.
