I know I posted this up on the other post about
a week ago but I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety for the last year and a half. I'm 25 and I find it really hard to believe its just anxiety causing me to be a complete mess. As I also said in the other post that my mother has bad thyroid issues but she says that she never thought she felt any symptoms, she just foundout when her results came back.
So this post is just pretty straight to the point, for the most part.
Is it common for people with thyroid problems to be misdiagnosed with just anxiety/depression for awhile? It's been a year and a half and it's been pretty rough for me and I don't really feel better. I still can't sleep for my life....and at times the nervousness and shaking are unbearable. Not to mention the always so fun memory problems.
