Symptoms with "subclinical" hyperthyroid?

I know I just started a thread a little while ago but I have different lab results now. My calcium is back to normal so I am no longer concerned about that. I think taking magnesium might've helped my balance a bit.
However, my most recent labs show my TSH has fallen since August. It was over 0.6 and now it is 0.34, which is lower than the normal range. I also had free T4 tested and it was 1.4, which is in the normal range so I guess that means I have subclinical hyperthyroidism. My total T4 was tested back in the summer and was borderline high, but I don't know if that means anything.

I am having major fatigue lately. Fatigue wasn't always a big problem for me but it's getting worse. I have IBS but I'm wondering if my thyroid has anything to do with it. I get nauseous a lot and food never sounds as good to me as it used to but at the same time I have to eat every 2 hours or so or I'll get really lightheaded. I haven't lost weight, but I haven't gained as much as I could have considering how much I've been eating. My heart rate stays really fast, every time I go to the doctor they comment on it. My anxiety has gotten horrible in the past year. My hair was falling out over the summer but it seems to have slowed down now, but I think my skin is thinner because I'm seeing way more veins, especially in my face. I'm only 21 and I'm getting ugly purple veins under my eyes and big blue veins on my temples.

Some other things I have noticed are I can't tolerate caffeine anymore. Sometimes I will have the "too much coffee" feeling even if I've had none, like the nauseous jittery/tired feeling, and if I drink caffeine my heart pounds and I feel even worse. So there's really no way to beat the fatigue.

I also am wondering if anyone with hyperthyroid finds they absolutely cannot handle stress? I reduced stress in my life big time (haven't been able to work or go to school for a while because I feel so crappy so I don't have much to be stressed about) but for a couple days I had some major stress about moving into a new apartment and all of my symptoms got so much worse. The IBS flared up, I was incredibly exhausted, and it sent me into a deep depression.

Also, does anyone with hyper feel better at night? I usually feel like crap during the day but at night I feel almost normal. Does this have anything to do with my thyroid or could it be my adrenals?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to get all these awful symptoms figured out so I can have a life again!

There is no one answer to your question, the minimum is six weeks.

How much Synthroid are u taking? What was your TSH?Two days is not enough time .
Do you know if you have Hashimoto's disease? if so, then you will need to increase the dose every few months as the antibodies continue to destroy your thyroid.
To determine, you need to perform the antibodies tests, these are AntiTGab and TPOab.

I felt a difference after two days.

Were you saying that to me or BaltGuy about the symptoms sounding like full-blown Grave's disease?
I actually feel a lot better at night, heart palpitations and all. Seems like they're the worst when I haven't eaten much.
