hasihomto's thyroiditis

I have hasihomto's thyroiditis and recently I have been having other symptoms like; weak arms and legs, dizzy, tingling in my feet- especially after a hot bath, tingling in my arms and legs sometimes too. Does anyone else with thyroid problems have these symptoms? When I google them MS pops up and that scares me!
