Hi; I had some blood work done. I have been anxious and dizzy 24/7, all day everyday. This has been going on for a long time, ENDO did some blood work and my morning cortisol is: 1:00 normal range is 4.3 -22 ug/dl. My parathyroid hormone level, is elevated 91.1 normal range is 14-72. Your parathyroid rests on your thyroid and controls your vitMin D and calcium. I don't sleep well either. Has anyone have severe chronic anxiety with dizziness 24/7 and had low cortisol levels? Thank you

Do you have any thyroid related tests to post with reference range?
In principle, adrenal fatigue can be a result of thyroid problem, and it should be addressed first before the thyroid, otherwise you will not tolerate the thyroid medicine.

Anxiety can be a symptoms of both hypo and hyper, I had it with hypo.
As to parathyroid, I have no experience.

HypoHashimoto;

My TSH is 1.015 u/Ulml
Normal is 0.55 -4.780

T-4 is 10.6 UG/DL
Normal is 4.5 - 10 .9

FT4 index 3.6
Normal is 1.2 - 4.4

Is my T-4 too high even though its in normal range?

Hi,
Your numbers indicate HypERthyroidism, your TSH is a little low, and your FT4 is way too high.
Next step is to test for thyroid antibodies to see if you have Graves, these are TSI, TPOab and TGab.
Also an Ultrasound of your thyroid can reveal nodules, these some times leak hormones independently and cause hypER.
With hyper you have many treatment options, first is antithyroid medicine such as Methimazole, second is RAI treatment which will cause you to be permanently hypo and on thyroid hormone replacement and finally surgery.

My doctor will disagree with this since it shows in the normal range. Would hyperthyroidism make you feel anxious all the time and dizzy?

Definitely Yes.

If your doctor considers your FT4 as normal, then it is the time to search for another doctor.
What type of doctor do you see? Endo or family doctor?

It's an ENDO. According to their values I'm in the normal range. How do you know all this?

I was reading your other posts to other people, you say the same thing to everyone. You know that's not right, you are creating more anxiety for these people. I asked you how you knew all this and you never answered me.
