Newbie here and need some suggestions on Diet change
(33 YO Female)

TSH: 7.41 (Standard Range: 0.34 - 4.82)
T3 Total: 107 (Standard Range: 87-167)
11/22/2013
T3 Total: 109 (Standard Range: 87-167)
Free T4: 1.22 (Standard Range:0.59 - 1.61)
*Doctor prescribed me 25 mcg Synthroid

TSH: 5.93 (Standard Range: 0.34 - 4.82) **I ran out of med few days before blood test
THYROID PEROXIDASE AB (TPO): 59 (Standard Range: < 35 IU/ml)
*Doctor prescrived me 50 mcg synthroid
Symptoms(not sure whether they are related): 1 full blown hives and several minor hives, migraine before/after menstruation, stiff/achy neck and shoulder. I am not fatigue and I can never gain weight (5'5 with less than 110lb)
Since I am going to have Hashimoto for the rest of my life
Aside from continue to take my synthroid medication, any suggestion on lifestyle change?
I read about
gluten-free diet, taking Omega-3, eat regularly, sleep (I usually have less than 8 hours of sleep per night). I will appreciate your input if you have any diet or lifestyle change tips
