Does anyone suffer with chronic low body temp.? My temp is always between 95 and 95 degrees all day long, and has been for many, many years.
I had my thyroid tested in 2009 and the endocrinologist said my thyroid was fine, but that I was "severely" deficient in vitamin D2? Unfortunately, during this journey, I have had multiple, unnecessary surgeries involving EN&T surgeries and Nissen Fundolpication surgery this past January. After that surgery, for 4 months I felt amazing. My chest didn't hurt, no anxiety attacks, no throat pain, and no nausea. The nausea is the worst part of what is going on with me. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, extreme fatigue, brain fog, and nausea!!!!
I went recently to my EN&T doctor and he gave me a corticosteroid injection into the back of my throat on the left side, where the throat arches. I feel worse now than ever. I am so week I can't pick up my legs to walk to the bathroom. I am MISERABLE
I am a 42 year old man and this holy hell of symptoms makes me cry.
My wife has researched Low Body Temperature and what causes it_ slow metabolism and the exchange between T4 to T3 from the thyroid. So my doctor is doing a thyroid panel, but like every other test I have, it will come back normal.
How is it, when a person goes to the doctor feeling pain or sickness, if tests say normal, it's final?
Has anyone used Organic Extra Virgin Coconut oil for hypothyroidism or at least speed up the metabolism to raise the temperature?
