You should ask for a copy of your results report and keep them as a reference , you can also write on them how you felt and what dosage you took.
150 mcg/day while on tirosint sounds too much for me, this is a gel capsule, it contains very few inactive ingredients and it is absorbed much more than other Levo meds.
If you stop your Levo for couple of days your levels don't go down, they go up, that is because TSH is counter intuitive, if you are hypo your TSH will rise and if you have hyper then your TSH will drop.
You also need to be tested for Hashimoto's disease, it is an autoimmune disease which results in hypo/hyperthyroidism, the tests are TGab and anti TPOab, if either is positive then you have it.
As I said, just taking thyroid medication is not enough, you need to be on the correct dose for you for at least six weeks for the medication start working, you should try and get your TSH around 2.
