Yes it is.
Neither Gastro nor Neurologist treats thyroid disorder, you should ask your PCP for a referral to an Endocrinologist, who in turn should help you balance your thyroid.
What are the reference ranges for the Free T3/4 ? values should be compared to the normal reference range used by the lab that ran the tests.
And one last thing is your TSH levels, it fall within normal range but it is low in the range , with this TSH I would feel absolutely hypER, but each one is different and thus an appointment with an Endo is in order.
Do get the antibodies test ASAP, this can help the endo diagnose you with thyroid disease .
