Palpitations from levo, but normal labs?

Does anyone else experience heart palpitations from levothyroxine when your thyroid levels are within normal range? I am convinced that levothyroxine is causing my frequent palpitations, but my TSH (3.07), T3 (3.1), and T4 (1.3) are all normal, and in theory, should not be causing symptoms of hyperthyroidism. In fact, my doctor just upped my dose again because he felt that my TSH should be between 1-2. I also experience a burning sensation on my skin that I think may also be related to this. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this.

This may sound like a weird question and I apologize. But what exactly do your palpitations feel like?

Just a visible pounding in my chest and feeling as though my heart is pounding in my throat. It can make it difficult to fall asleep at night.

I am going through skipped heart beats as we speak. All day long but my newest labs showed my FT3 was 4.7 above normal high. My body is so sensitive that being on the upper end always makes me feel super anxious and brings on the skipped beats.
They once switched my meds to Armour to see if I would do better and within 3 weeks My FT3 was at 4.5 felt the exact same way I'm feeling now.

This new labs has my TSH was in the 1s
Total T4 was in the 10s and FT3 4.7 slightly above normal high. I think I am feeling Hypo symptoms. Thinning hair, hunger boost, skipped heart beats, higher anxiety night sweats. Low TSH, high T3 & T4 is usually and indicator of Hyper. My antibodies are also elevated 300+ (hashis sufferer)
I am on TRT and my Dr. said she thinks the boost in T is boosting my thyroid production/conversion. Going from 112 levo to 100 see if it cuts the symptoms.
I also have the pounding feeling when getting from sitting or laying (kinda got used to it) but the skipped beats are horrible. Get some every now and then but when they are all day long and one after the other I know my levels are off .

Have you tried Nature Throid? It's another Natural T3 medication, but in my opinion is better than Armour. I had heart palpitations on both Armour and Levo.

@Firefly -- better? No. cheaper, yes. Now that the makers of Armour (Forrest) have been bought out, the price has risen dramatically.
