While it is true that your TSH is not extremely high, it is quite high.
You need to get the TGab and the antiTPOab tests done, and as I told you to consult with an endo who in turn might start you on Levothyroxine, such as Synthroid, Levoxyl or Tirosint.
If you have hashi then your dose will be increased several times on intervals of three months until you reach the proper dose for you.
Hypo does cause brain fog and lots of sleep, as for the suicidal thoughts, I can not comment since I am neither an endo nor a psychiatrist, it might be thyroid related but it is not a classical symptom, this is why you should see an Endo.
