TSH and free T3 normal but Free T4 low "normal"

Ive felt pretty bad the past couple of years. Ive had a lot of tests. Multiple sinus surgeries and my gall bladder removed. Despite eating a much lower fat diet and imcreased exercise im still gaining weight, tired a lot and foggy headed. My Dr ordered thyroid tests again and results were
TSH 1.485 uIU/ml ref range .358-3.740
FT3 2.80 pg/ml ref range 1.71-3.71
FT4 .88 ng/dl ref range .76-1.46
Thyroglobulin assay, thyroid microsomal AB and antithyroglobulin AB were all very low.
Ive read a little that the FT4 being on the low side like that could mean im hypothyroid. Thoughts?

I still havent heard back from the dr that ordered the tests i just saw these were posted on the web portal they use. Thanks for your input ill ask about the saliva test and have read that a 24 hr urine test can be beneficial as well. I may look into lyme as well. Im out side a lot and every year i pick ticks off usually i find them in the shower after theyve been feasting for hours. Yuck.

Chronic headaches, gerd and gastro problems (had upper and lower scopes and small bowel follow thru) gall bladder removed which showed chronic inflammation, i get very weak and dizzy a lot almost like low blood sugar but ive also had my a1c done and its normal. My primary dr order the lyme antibodies test a year ago which came back negative bit i know there are coinfections and the tests for lyme are only 50-60% accurate.

Oh and i get what i call hot flashes all the time. I'll get hot basically all over and sweat profusely even if im just sitting in my recliner. Its very unpredictable but ive tried to find a correlation to any certain food ive eaten but have had no luck.

You could have the coinfection Babesia - that piggybacks Lyme.

The lab you should test for LD is Igenex.
