Long story short I've felt like crap for about
3 years. I've seen gastro Drs about
abdominal pain and lump in throat feeling. Neurologists about
headaches and neck pain. Endocrinologist about
weak "low blood sugar" feeling. Nothing has been done. So 3 months ago my knee starts hurting. I went 2 weeks ago for x-rays and it shows osteoporosis. I just had an MRI since the pain isn't due to osteoporosis. At 30 years old and I'm male! They finally ordered testosterone and pth along with metabolic panel blood tests. IDK what my testosterone level is yet but my PTH is 63 pg/ml. 18 months ago this was 41 pg/ml. The lab range is 12-76 pg/ml. Now I'm sure the Drs will say it's normal since it's in range but is there any significance to that fluctuation? My calcium has been checked many times always around 9.3. Once it was 9.8. any input is greatly appreciated.

Here is a website that I found helpful;
https://www.parathyroid.com/parathyroid-symptoms.htm
There’s a chart showing what level of calcium is too high with PTH level.

I have primary hyperparathyroidism my last blood was 10.3 I am getting all the symptoms. I too have a hiatial hernia.My gp never told me I had osteoporosis. I paid for it by fracturing my spine in Feb last year.Now my gp wants to send me for blood tests but I am bed bound.How can I get there I can hardly walk. As for the hernia it's causing lpr with everything I eat.My specialist wanted me to have an endoscopy and a mammotery but I couldn't do it.I know I need this but I am terrified.I have surgery scheduled for 19th Jan for an incisional hernia but with having all these other issues I am scared I won't wake up or there will be some problem
