thyroid dosage not get fixed

It's normal for the doctor to start with a low dosage of medication and increase it as blood tests show it is needed. Thyronorm is a brand of Levothyroxine, which is the same medication I take. Be aware that it typically takes about six weeks for your hormone levels to stabilize when your dosage is changed. Then it can take a few more weeks for your physical symptoms to start to get better.

If your doctor is checking blood levels and adjusting your medication at least every 6-8 weeks, you may just need to be patient and know you're working toward a goal you haven't gotten to yet.

I am hypo since 1994 and for the first 6 years I struggled to fix my medication, always up or down, never right, feeling all the time extremely tired, shaking hands, late period, etc.

After doing NAET treatment in 2000 the medication dosage is the same since, everything is normal, I am not super hungry or gaining weight, period is on time, hands are ok, felling good and not very tired....nothing is like before the treatment, I gain my life back. Very happy with my hypo problem for 11 years, hope for more to come
