I think people tend to come here when they're first diagnosed and trying to get things straightened out. Since the large majority of people with thyroid disorders are balanced and not troubled by it in very short order, they move on. This board is never terribly busy, although we do have a few regulars who drop by fairly frequently.
I can't be too much help with Hashi's, as I have Graves which is the polar opposite, but still autoimmune. I could only give you information I found on the internet, and I know you can find that for yourself. There are a lot of threads about Hashi's, so maybe those can be of some help to you.
