"healthy" person w/hypothyroidism...

I wen t to the doctor last week to find out what's been bothering me for a while now. I tend to get fatigued quicker than the normal person. I've experienced weakness or tingly sensations in my left arm w/twitches ever so often. I went for 7 different blood tests which 6 read normal and one, my thyroid test, was high. My tsh was at 6. I remember being borderline as a kid but it never occurred to me to get tested again. What's unique about me and being hypo is that I'm very fitness savy. I have a very muscular physique my body fat is 6.5% and my resting hr is 57. Although I have these twitches and weird sensations in my arm I have retained my strength. Was wondering if anyone else with hypo had similar symptoms who is also active and fit...I'm on levothyroxine, one day on it thus far...plus how long before results take effect, generally?
