May be a stupid question RE synthroid

I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with hypothyroid and hashimotos. I am taking synthroid. I was recently diagnosed with a uti and have been drinking a lot of cranberry juice and taking an antibiotic. I know there is a specific amount of time to wait in between taking synthroid and drinking juice or taking antibiotic. Anyone know how long to wait?

Hi Harley 10/13    I try to wait at least 30 minuites  but it is good to wait an hour  it may be good to wait longer than that. I had thyroid cancer in April last year and they took my thyroid out and put me on Levothyroxine And a few months ago I developed a iratic heart beat skipping and it doing all sorts of things and it had me frightened .Until this week when i decided to test what the spirit of the lord told me to do and that is to quite eating eggs I admit I had a tough time doing it but I have stoped eating eggs and my heart palpations have just about vanished and I am going to try to stop drinking coffee eggs has natturally got Iodine and they were probably interfearing with my thyroid medicine.
