Hashimotos and goiter NO treatment

I am a 28 yr old female 5'2 108. I have been suffering from fatigue for several years, along with pms. Last week I had bloodwork done and my TPO levels were almost 600 (normal range less than 35). My tsh was normal but closer to the lower side, t3 normal, t4 normal. My ferritin levels were low but no anemia. Everything else was fine. My endo said because my thyroid levels were normal we would re-check in 6 months. I woke up with a goiter this morning for the first time in my life. It feels like something is in my throat/pressure and weird to swallow. My endo felt it from the outside and said that it's normal for someone with hashimotos to have an inflamed goiter. She told me to take an over the counter for inflammation or she could give me steroids. She said we can do an ultrasound but she feels the goiter and won't add any thyroid medication anyways. Is this normal protocol? The last few weeks I have developed anxiety for the first time. I have been getting regular hot flashes, dizziness, even more fatigue, etc etc. 2 days ago my hot flashes went away and now I'm freezing. My hands and feet are constantly cold. It's been hard to concentrate and I'm slower with my words. I don't like feeling like this. I know it's not normal.

Thank you for replying. I feel really ill and think I should get a second opinion. I read a lot of articles stating the same thing.
