lymph nodes question

I am a 37 year old woman that was diagnosis with Medullary Thyroid Cancer a little over 3 yrs ago. At that same time I found out that I have M.E.N. type 2A. My thyroid and 2 of my parathyroids were removed. I was seeing an Endocrinologist for yrs. I went to my PCP and was telling him that I was feeling nodules in my neck and I did not understand why. So he sent me back to the Oncologist who did a CT with contrast scan and found 7 different lymph nodes that do not meet size requirement for adenopathy and are indeterminate. He told me that we was going to watch them and re scan in 3 months. I was re scanned a few days ago and the report came back as stable non-enlarged bilateral multilevel cervical lymph nodes. But I am worried. 3 out of the 7 grew just a little and from what I have read on line. (I know don't always believe what you read) I am scared. I do not want to have cancer again or even get non Hodgkin lymphoma. What should I do. Please advise.
