Good morning, I have just completed an ultrasound because a nodule was discovered in my thyroid. The following is the interpretation of same...."
1. Multinodular thyroid gland without dominant or suspicious nodules.
2. Slightly prominent left level IV cervical lymph node. Recommend clinical
correlation and possible followup ultrasound as clinically indicated. If this
node persists or grows, aspiration may be considered.' I'm a bit concerned. I am a pancreatic cancer survivor of 2.5 years with all follow-up blood work and scans being good. Lymph node prominence concerns me...any thoughts. Thank you
(I gave your post a title to help get more responses.)
