thyroid nodules/low TSH 3rd generation

I have several nodules on my thyroid. Had CAT scan and biopsy. Had choice of surgery or watchful waiting. FNA showed follicular cells with 5-10% of it being cancer. No one up to this point had checked any thyroid function tests, so I requested them. They ordered a TSH 3rd generation and it is 0.31. They said to just watch it until my CAT scan and have TSH repeated. Why have I not had my T3 or T4 checked. I have been complaining of jaw pain for months, no one listens to me. How this was found was while I was at work one day, I started having severe palpitations, went to ER and was in bigeminy with a high B/P. Have since been put on B/P meds for B/P and palpitations. I feel that all these health problems are coming from my thyroid, what does anyone else think. I can't take this until Sept.
