Hi guys. I was reading up on tumeric and it sounds like it's worth a try. All the threads on the forum though say different things regarding what to take and how much. Anyone have a clear idea as to which tumeric I should take? How much? With or without oil? Is it the tumeric in my spice cabinet? Thanks!!

I've not seen anyone using turmeric for thyroid problems. You might ask your questions on the Ulcerative Colitis forum, there are a lot of people there who have tried it for that condition. They could likely help with how much and what type
