Didn't know where else to post this . High cortisol question. .

Hello everyone. I didn't know where else to post about this I'm familiar with the anxiety forum and have had lots of help.. does anyone have high cortisol? What are your symptoms? I have a tumor on my adrenal gland and I'm wondering if this could be my problem .. my symptoms are
Brain fog
Pain in kidney area
Tight neck muscles
Worrying all the time (always think I'm dying )
I seem to feel better at night .
