Hi,
Hahsimoto's disease by it self does not cause symptoms , it is the resulting hypo or hyper that cause symptoms.
You have positive TSIab, which attach to the TSH receptors in the thyroid cells and stimulate them to produce more hormones causing you to become hyper.
Depending on how your doctor is going to treat you,you might become permanently or temporarily hypo, if you take RAI, you will become permanently hypo .
