Which to treat?

These are results from my thyroid lab work. In addition my thyroid uptake showed up as hyper. Doctor says I have Graves Disease and will be treated for it after my ultrasound which is scheduled. Though the assessment is Hashimoto's Disease, the lab readings show hyper and antibodies show hashimotos. I realize both are autoimmune but I am curious as to how you treat Graves when hashimotos has the opposite symptoms?

This is very confusing. Will I go from hyper to hypo? Is it a slow process? So hyper symptoms disappear with treatment but then you get symptoms for Hashi's? How is this treated?

Stupid questions I am afraid, just trying to clarify in my mind how it works when you have Graves and Hashimotos?
