Are you on brand name levo or the generic form ? if you are on the generic , changing the supplier by the pharmacy means that the drug formula changes and as a result you might absorb it differently .
It is always better to be on brand name if your insurance allow of course, since your weekly dose remains constant .
It is very possible that the adverse symptoms you are experience are due to the fact that your dose of Synthroid is not adjusted properly , when your TSH was 75 , on what medication you were ? for how long ?
Blood tests should be done six weeks since the change in the dose , and since that might not be enough time , if it does not show abnormality , you could try to repeat at 12 weeks since the new dose .
Armour is not approved by the American FDA and the ratio of T3 to T4 in it is much higher than in the human body.
