Hello. My mom had thyroid testing done, Bc she seems to have many symptoms of hypothyroid. Her dr. said results the were "low, but not a problem". She's going to get a 2nd opinion from a Dr. in town known to be the best (had to get a referral first though from this Dr.)
Anyway, her other tests looked good (CBC and things), but the Dr. said her alkaline phosphate was a bit high.
Could that have anything to do with a possible thyroid problem?
She's going to follow up with the alkaline thing with the thyroid Dr. she's getting a referral to. Thanks!
