tsh is between 7-12. have allergic side effects from all meds. only once got normal tsh; had 3 fundoplications, gastroparesis and sibo and teeth loss so no way to heal; my gi bloodwork also shows inflamed and my immune system is killing me and I'll get diagnosed with other organ inflammatory diseases; going homeless and this is one reason and I try as i'm homebound to use distraction to stay calm as I can as this progresses; single mom disabled bankrupt so no hope for anything better.

Consider getting tested for celiac disease because Hashi’s and SIBO are strongly linked. Active celiac disease (small intestine is damaged besides systemic issues) causes malabsorption which can impede the absorption of your thyroid replacement. Also many celiacs have other food intolerances like corn, so that can attribute to reactions to yourthyroid replacement as corn is often used as a filler.
