Faith,
Maybe your current symptoms are not related to your thyroid at all. I have celiac disease (autoimmine that damages small intestine) and when I was diagnosed I had no GI symptoms. My lab tests are what revealed that I had celiac disease (blood tests and biopsies). The same occurred with my Hashimoto’s. I had an enlarged thyroid and nodules, extremely elevated thyroid antibodies (over 4,000) and an elevated TSH at 10. I had no typical hypo symptoms. Only my doctor feeling my thyroid helped to catch my diagnosis.
Going off hormone replacement should head you into the direction of being hypo, not hyper. Your lab results seem good. Have you had antibodies testing? Your symptoms can be attributed to many autoimmune disorders or other illnesses.
