Imuran - Bad tatse?

Ever since i started imuran ( about 6 weeks ) I wake up with a bad taste in my mouth. Anyone else?

How long have you been on the Flagyl? It's famous for causing a nasty metallic taste in your mouth.

As far as the Imuran, it never gave me a taste in my mouth. Which, of course, in the fine tradition of this DD and our meds, doesn't mean it couldn't be giving you a bad taste.

nope, been fine w/that. Pred gives me a metallic taste, I usually take it then immediately eat my breakfast, but today I forgot and had it after I ate, blech!

I don't get any after-taste with Imuran. I typically take it with a very diluted bottle of ensure, about 2 hours before going to bed.

oops, off the flagyl...maybe it the prednisone...

prednisone gave me the worst metal taste, but Imuran never has.
