Help!! the Proctifoam ain't working no more!

What else can i use.I can not tell you how much pain i am in all around that region,i've just found a rather large hemi too.The itching is driving me insane!!!!!I've already used the Proctifoam twice today and its only midday.

Any suggestions?

Hi Marty...can you use 5ASA retention enemas?

For the hemorrhoid, maybe using zinc ointment or lidocane?

Are you able to get in to see your doc soon? Maybe he'll take a look to see if there's anything else going on.

Have you tried Analpram HC cream? Double the dosage of ProctoFoam ,worked pretty well for me.

I was using a rectal cream that came in a tube that you applied internally for a while that worked pretty well. It was a combo lidocaine HCL 3% with Hydrocortisone Acetate 0.5%. You could ask your doc about that one. It was very soothing.
