Eggs are about the only thing I can tolerate in the mornings. I get bad reactions to cereals and bread so my breakfast options are fairly limited.
It's all too easy to go back to foods you know are bad for you - walking past a takeaway, a devilish voice in the back of my mind whispers "just ONE burger couldn't hurt, surely..."
Cramped up and stuck on the toilet a few hours later, I realise that this is in fact not true . But it will happen again...
