For anyone who is on 6mp or Imuran - do you find that you heal a bit slower then normal?  I am going in to the docs today to possibly have a hangnail on my big toe removed (ouchie) but I'm afraid that it is going to take forever to heal.  I am leaving out of state on Friday for vacation and I don't want to have to worry about my darn toe!  But I found that I do heal at a slower rate then before 6mp and I just wanted to see if others do too. 

Btw, has anyone had the hangnail surgery done?  Does it hurt??

It wont be comfertable but if it is anything like an ingrown toenail they'll give you a local and you have you look the other way. Badda bing badda boom, you're done. Tomorrow is another day and walking might be a bit uncomfertable.

Lol - badda bing eh? Just like that? :) I'm almost chickening out but I keep telling myself that if just by the blanket rubbing across my toe keeps waking me up then I HAVE to get it taken care of. I feel like such a wimp!

You'll be fine. Trust me, if you can have a 1/4 inch scope pushed into places where things should only come out of you'll be just fine for this.

LOL! I was thinking the same thing as I typed you my response earlier. Well I decided to be brave and have it done. It's still quite numb so I don't know if it hurts yet or not. Even the shot wasn't too bad. I think it was just the thought of having a needle in my big toe made me cringe like a chicken!
