Opinion on Primal Defense probiotic...?

Anyone who uses this probiotic?  Just like to know what you think.  I have been taking Align for 7 weeks and looking for something that might work better forming my stool and less gas.  ElaineNY

I have been using Primal Defense for over a year now.  The stuff has been a god-send.  I would highly recommend you give this a try for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference.  I notice that when I start to feel a little bad if I upp my dose it seems to kick me back into a solid remission.  I take one or two twice daily, so anywhere from 2-4 pills / day.  It's priced right and it works!
