What about
fresh parsley, dill, or basil sprinkled over food? Salt is very irritating to my colon so I try to keep my consumption of it low & rely on veggies/herbs to add flavor to main dishes. Try adding bay leaf to red meat sauces, steam fish with celery, carrot, & chard. / Old Hat (nearly 30 yrs with left-sided UC; currently on 3 Colazal daily for maintenance of remission)
