Finally completely blood free (not even a spec) for 2 straight days (I realize you need to have at least 3-4 straight to be sure, according to my doc) but last night I ate some pot roast at a local resturant that was loaded with ground black pepper and then I ate some fresh pineapple (vs the jarred kind I normally eat) and also ate very late too...this a.m. I woke up feeling good but right after my BM the spasms started and I was paying dearly for the food I ate.
