It depends on the day... Some days I could literally eat anything and it would hurt my stomach. It could be the blandest, softest thing ever and I'd still be in pain.
Other days I stick with stuff like apple sauce, jello, bananas, and chicken usually doesn't bother me unless it's from Chick-Fil-A, not sure why. Which sucks because that's my favorite fast food place ever so I eat there anyway :)
You know, no matter what though, I cannot eat oatmeal. It just KILLS me, every time without fail. And I love maple and brown sugar oatmeal. I ate some yesterday for breakfast because I was really hungry and that was basically my only option, and I definitely paid for it the rest of the day.
It's really hard for me to say what my "safe foods" are though because one day they will be and the next they won't, same with the foods that sometimes are REALLY bad for me, like chili or tomatoe sauce. I have to be sure I'm not going ANYWHERE if I eat those, just in case :)
