I got Excited today!

You'll laugh and it's okay!  I had to call my mom, she is 77 precious and worried sick about me, to let her know that I just had to brag about my LaPoo!  I told her this a.m. for the first time since mid-may I had only 4 La Poos this a.m. and while they weren't firm, they at least had some formation to them!  She just roared!  She asked if we should celebrate tonight LOL!  I told her it was a bit too early. 

I do have mild discomfort today, but it sure was exciting to look back and see formed La Poo!

Hip Hip Hooray!  Perhaps adding the fiber bar and the nicotine patch to my regimine is helping.  Hmmm, we'll see!

Just wondering are you eating the spinach too? I loved your story. I am a nurse and when I first started working with the elderly population(before UC) I could not believe how preoccupied they were with there bowels. I always told my family if I ever got that way to shot me. Well, guess who is preoccupied now. I told my family if I ever have a normal LaPoo we were going to have a party.

Hamley it could be the asacol and it could be that I started eating a fiber wafer every morning for breakfast and also put a nicotine patch on - we'll see!
