Hello all,

I am trying to get information.  I will be seeing my GI on Monday but I received a copy of my blood levels today.

 

I had the rate of metabolism of the 6 MP checked this time.  The paragraph at the bottom of the page said the "the level of toxicity nor the level of therepeutic help have not been established".  The level said >20  (less than 20)  I am trying to define this statement and believe that this means the level of my 6 MP is not adequate for my metabolim rate.  Does this make sense to anyone out there?  Can anyone help me clarify>

 

I will follow up with my GI.  I think he will call me.  But I am a little anxious to get some information now.

I've tried finding my levels once online from Prometheus labs but it's like some close guarded secret or something. But it does sound as if you are not at your therepeutic level and that it would be safe for you to increase your dose if need be.

Thanks for your time Sherry.... it does seem like a close guarded secret.  I guess i will just wait.
