Hi --
I would suggest taking it a little before bedtime (say, half an hour before you want to fall asleep), as it should make you drowsy. You may feel very groggy in the morning, but for me that diminished within a few days. Trazodone is an anti-cholinergic, so it may give you dry mouth, especially in combination with the Celexa and alprazolam, which I believe can also have those effects. For me, the dry mouth was initially enough to keep me from falling asleep. Biotene and Sensodyne both make over-the-counter mouth sprays that I have found very helpful.
Best to you,

I have been taking it for YEARS and it works great. Absolutely no side effects or addiction issues, and I'm alert
by morning. It helps me stay asleep.
I take it when I'm getting ready for bed. I can tell by 2 a.m. if I forgot to take it!
