I have read differing views on taking probiotics. Some people say you would stick with L.Acidophilus ONLY probiotics and other people take pills with mixed strains. What do you guys recommend?
I have these in the fridge but I am not sure if they are acceptable:

Probiotic Live Cells: L. rhamnosus, S. thermophilus, B. breve, L. acidophilus, B. infantis, B. longum, L. plantarum, L. salivarius, L.helveticus.
Should I try something else?
