Probotics- Any good recommendations?

My doctor gave me Align to try the other day. I don't know if its as good as other probotics out there. I am looking for a good probotic that I can find in a health food store. Any recommendations? Also, what about Vitamin D? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I don't buy anything from health food stores since even with a docs discount, I still end up paying 10$ more on everything. If you get stuff online I'd recommend Dr ohhiras probiotics. I tried align for two months.
Vit D: Now Foods, Vitamin D-3, Highest Potency, 5,000 IU, what i use.

I get most of my stuff off iherb.

Just my experience.  Align works for me - been using it for months.  I tried Digestive Advantage and Primal Defense - could never adjust to them and they did not bulk up stool like Align.  I do believe everyone has to find the one that works best for them.

Bifidus, bifidus, bifidus. Get a reputable product and hit it hard in the billions. The B. longum strain is particularly helpful. Take with a fiber supplement on empty stomach for better results. The bacteria ferment the fiber and release helpful polysaccharides and acidic goodies for all to share.

I consider high Bifidus doses one of my staple products for achieving and maintaining remission.

I like Culturelle. It's available at walmart, cvs, and walgreens. I buy from iHerb when I can - better prices.

I have also used Pro-Bio.

My Pharm recomended Floragen3 Just started it today, so I can't coment on it success. I can only say I trust this guy and he has never steered me wrong yet.
