When I mix the contents of a Probiotics pill with warm water and put the mixture up the butt, then I notice the effects right away. It slows down my bowl movements and reduces the inflammation. Not by much though. It's a gradual process.
If I take them orally, then it's harder to see the effects. I've seen an improvement in my digestion and bowel movements since I've been taking them (about two or three months). How much is due to diet and how much to Probiotics, I don't know.
